1. Deposit Policy

  • A deposit of 25% of the total treatment cost is required to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover administrative costs, time, and any materials purchased in advance.
  • Deposits will be held for a maximum of six weeks in line with product expiry. If treatment has not proceeded within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the booked date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling may only occur a maximum of two times. Beyond this, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking with a new deposit will be required.

3. Cancellations and Deposits

  • If a client fails to attend an appointment or cancels within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Product Purchases

  • Once a product has been purchased for your treatment, it is assigned to you and cannot be transferred to another client.
  • The cost of the product is non-refundable, even if the treatment does not proceed.

5. Price Changes

  • All prices are subject to change to reflect rising costs or changes in services.
  • If treatment is postponed or rescheduled beyond the original booking year, the new year’s prices will apply unless otherwise agreed.

6. Medical or Dental Delays

  • If your treatment cannot proceed due to medical or dental issues, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • We will hold your product for a maximum of six weeks in line with product expiry. After this timeframe, new costs or deposits may apply.

7. Forms and Documentation

  • Submission of all required medical forms and information is mandatory prior to treatment.
  • Our Aesthetics Practitioner or Pharmacist may require additional medical information to ensure your treatment can proceed safely.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide this information promptly to avoid delays or cancellations.
  • If you are unsure of what is needed, we recommend contacting our esthetician or office team for guidance.
  • Forms are non-refundable and cannot be reused for a new booking.

8. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking a treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of and comply with these policies.
